I have no idea why the tracking doesn't work, but that is the number UPS gave me. If you still don't believe it, contact UPS and verify the shipment. Package is 34x12x8 inches weighing in at 5.11 lbs with $200 insurance.
Total was $11.47.
But I'm STILL a scammer. When he receives it, I'm sure he will post the update. It says on the receipt expected delivery date is January 18th.

once shiped the tracking number doesnt go through the computer system right away it takes some time. and since it was shipped today im guessing when it reaches its first destination tom it will be updated via computer.

Not that I am in anyway involved, but UPS says: "Billing info rec'd". Frank, I'm not sure why you had such a long delay in shipping it out, but it sounds like thats why people think you are a scammer. Plus, there are too many people really scamming out there. Good luck with your business, I hope that at least this was a growing expierence for you

Yeah, I had assumed it would just take a day or so before it would work.
The guy making the intakes never got back with me after about 3 months of me shipping them out...I thought I was the one being scammed. I sent numerous e-mails and found out from his wife that he was in the hospital (I still have no idea why). When he was finally ready to ship them, he claimed he dropped them off with FedEx and they "forgot" to ship them out. A few weeks later, he was driving to UPS to have them shipped there instead and was in a car accident...these all seem like they might be lies to delay the package, but I really don't know. I've been in situations where people thought I was a liar as well when I was just being honest.
Anyways, after months, he finally got them shipped out and I received them just about a week ago. Everyone that has preordered the intake (which I believe was only three people from these boards) WILL receive them.

Well all, I received the intake today the 18 just as franks stated. But....... its the wrong one. it has no place to bolt up the maf to. Ill be contacting him again to see if he,ll send me the right one.

Hey frank is running a successful business and i would like to back him. I ordered stuff from him and it came promptly and he was a great business man. Do not know why he was banned because he was not doing anything wrong. Frank you have a very good business and i appreciated the goods you sent to me.

The intake is NOT the wrong intake. After long debate on everything, we decided to tell the company working on the intakes to NOT put the sensor mount on it after hearing the controversy over "check engine lights" even with the mount. We had a test intake that had the mount on it similar to what was used by Injen and were not able to tighten the sensor fully. SO, the check engine light was on and codes were thrown. We decided to leave the mount off.
I am not a scam, and my business is not a scam. If someone doesn't like the intake, no one is forcing them to purchase it. Period.

A 14 year old can't own/register a business, a 14 year old can't participate in a contract because they aren't 18. So I am not sure how you registered your business 5 years ago.
A real business has an address.
A real business doesn't dissappear for months and leave people hanging.
You are a guy who has a website, you don't even have a merchant account you go through some 3rd party biller.
And your ban again. You aren't conducting any 'business' on here anymore.
