Problem w. Antenna X

I recently ordered their "shortie" antenna a few weeks ago.

I had it on a car for less than a day and and it snapped right at the shaft...the base was still screwed onto the stub on my trunk.

I've sent them repeated e-mails and they have yet to get back to me for about three weeks now.

Anyone else have a means of contacting this company?

I haven't heard many problems with the antenna but I'm pissed at the company itself for not responding to me. I'm not trying to get my money back, just get anohter antenna. I even told them I would send the old one back in the original package.

I have a "shorty antenna from auto-x works great. But, I did notice that all they did was cut a stock antenna down, and put a cap on the cut end.

No, I got it straight from their website.........It was literally on the car for less than a day....lol

Well let's see.....We were pulling into a car show, Dave was driving the cobalt and I was in the goat behind him. He stops for a pedestrian crossing and all I see is the antenna snap at the base and roll off my car onto the ground.

No I wasn't "messing" with it. If it was my own stupidity I'd just buy another...

how does that work? do you have a chance of getting your money back or it's just their word vs yours and nothing happens?

This type of crap has happened to me before and I have gotten my money back. I took the first step through pay pal...basically they e-mail the seller with what I would like to tell them......

So far it's been a few days and still they have not replied back even from the pay pal dispute so I'm going to wait another few days and take it to the next step....opening up a claim.
