Both have had launch problems, I'm going to wait until all the bugs are worked out and buy an XB1 either way.

 

This. Me and some guys at work were talking about them and he said graphics on the ps4 were amazing but he's getting a 1. I feel the ps4 is better for gaming whereas the 1 is more for media and apps so when I feel everything is good with it I'll be getting a ps4

 

I feel it comes down to exclusives. I personally like the exclusives on Xbox one better. I saw way back when both were announced that the systems are the same hardware wise and interface is about all that's separates them physically.

 

I love my Xbox One. The hardware gap is negligible. The games, IMO, lean slightly to XB1, and XBL is a way better service then PSN. I'll probably end up with a PS4 down the road, but I wanted the XB1 on day one.

 

Xbox one has the better game play graphics the cinemas go to the ps4, only bugs i really see are the kinetic voice commands and using the secondary apps as you play games has a hard time figuring which one is primary, I'm Xbox one though in January after they fix the bugs, but the Xbox one you can't plug in and play aleast a 35 min initial Start-up

The better gamers went xbox360, assume it would be the same for xbox1... PS3 online was a joke, assume most people i know and myself will go XB1 for the games and better online.

 

It wasn't the day one update that sucks, but having to install your games to the hard drive. At 50% complete, you can play the game though. Learned that after the fact.

 

Took mine 3 minutes to start up with update. Forza 5 only need 5% install to play

 

How is F5? I pre-ordered the limited edition, but can't play until I buy the console

Driving is top notch. Only 200 cars though. It seems like a lot of cars will be dlc. The force feedback triggers work great too when breaking tires loose. I just hate the fact they put the acr srt4 in it but no cobalt ss. Also they dont have the c7 corvette which is what I was hoping to try out.

ive spent too much / im spending too much on my car to justify me spending money on a console.

if i had to choose, ps4.

but im happy with my ps3. mainly because dark souls 2 will be on ps3 :]

Bunch of Xbox fan boys in here. PS4 all the way. For starters Battlefield and COD run at 1080 natively on the PS4 whereas 720 natively upscaled to 1080 on the xbox 1. O and then there is this. (jump to :33)

 

Not liking the install of the games on xbox, but everything else is awesome. loving it so far, pretty sweet that you can go from game to dashboard and back within seconds. new controller is niceee

Battlefield 4 looks great on both systems. Not saying xb1 is better, just saying compared to the 360 & ps3 versions of bf4, the new systems carry out the 60fps very well. I think it all comes down to which controller u like better and whether u care for your previous achievements/trophy list.
