Question about GM warranty

So when i bought my car i purchased the GM warranty, but some time after that i found out that the car already came with a few mods (aftermarket headers, exhaust, motor mounts, pcm calibration, new fuel injection..) then i installed a K&N intake...so i was wondering...wouldnt this completely void the warranty? n when taking the car for a check up the told me that the car isnt running as it should, so they recomended me doing a tune... i need some expert's advice!
one more thing...my car is a 2.4 would all this mods make a major improvement on the car?
how fast could the car be really running?

They upgraded the fuel injectors on a 2.4l? Are you supercharged?

They CAN'T void the warranty unless the problem you are having is being caused by the aftermarket part.

Its up to the dealer if they are going to warranty your vehicle.
Talk to them about it. Nobody here is going to know the answer to that.
Are you saying you purchased extended warranty?

Technically, any kind of modification can affect warranty coverage. A good rule of thumb is that if the dealership believes that the mod is behind a vehicle concern, then the repair would not be covered by warranty. I have also seen dealerships recommend a vehicle being taken back to stock as a remedy for a concern.

Are you talking about a GM Protection Plan when you say extended warranty?

the fact that someone would sell you a GM warranty with the car being modified - well that just seems shady.

Especially in light of how quickly our cars seem to get red flagged for being modded ~ which in turn means warranty isn't honored...
