A quick question

Right now I have a Yellow '05 SS/SC, recently I found an '06 Red SS/SC I wanted a Red one from the start. (I needed a car fast and this was the one I bought) Would it be a good idea to try and trade my '05 in for the '06. BTW the '06 is 16,500 with 8K on it. What do you guys think?

That's a damn good deal! It's always nice to upgrade.

Yeah, yellow isn't really my color, I just needed a car quick. The mods I have on mine now are: Vibrant 3" catback, GMPP Stage 2 kit, tinted windows, orange neons, K&N Airfilter, B&M Shortshifter, smoked tailights. Obviously I'm taking all of these off if I get the Red one, I would much rather have Red. But anyway, I just want to hear everyone's input on this, weather i should do it or not.

That is a HORRIBLE idea... you are basically getting the same car, but you're going to put yourself upside down... it just doesn't make any sense to do it. Why not just paint your current ride? That would make a hell of a lot more sense then buying a new car, giving yourself more negative equity, just to get a red one that is a year newer...
