I found a Cobalt at dealership about 2 hours away from me so i called the guy to find out the price and it was 8900 for an 07 2.4 with 36,000 miles on it. He told me that he bought it from a dealer auction and they are rebuilding the quarter panel and it has a rebuilt title. Will this car be a dud or is it something that would be worth while looking into... ??
Im also in IL so the rebuilt title rule says the car must undergo inspection before it can be sold...

sounds like its worth it. go take it for a spin and make sure it drives okay

 

ummm ask them why they are rebuilding it... if it took a solid shot and they are rebuilding the 1/4 panel there could be frame damage... thats a really low price for a pretty new car.
