I've never bought anything from them, know nothing bout them but they came up in google and I see they have halos. I didn't look into them enough to see if red halos were an options.

I don't think anyone makes the red halo headlights, I've never seen one come like that from factory (especially since they're illegal it would give a bad reputation to the company). You're gonna have to bake the headlights in the oven, open them up, and put the halo yourself and wire it to the appropriate lighting wires of the headlight.
