Removing bottom part of a cobalt seat

I have a LS model of an '07 Cobalt, the passenger side seat where you sit has a stain that I can't seem to get out. What I want to do is clean the underside of it to to see if that will help and if its a stain on the foam underneath. Anyways what I'm trying to figure out is how to you remove the bottom part of the seat (just the part where you sit). It seems loose and it should be easy enough just don't want to screw it up. Also, is there a way to just remove the cloth upholstery from it? I See you can order that part through GM (which ill order if I can't get it out) so I can imagine you can remove it.

Thanks
