replacing stock no aux radio with another stock with aux?

replacing stock no aux radio with another stock with aux?

will this work? forgive me if its a dumb question. I searched and couldn't find an answer to this particular question

What you are asking, basically, is can you install the 07+ radio to replace the 05-06 one. Yes, but it's complicated to do I think. Can you also rig an aux connector into the back of your stock 05-06 with some soldering that would come out, like, in the glove box or something? I've heard of this also happening (comparatively easier). Try searching for those. EmperorJJ1 is the guru on all things audio, and you shoulda asked this in the electronics forum cause he'd see it for sure :P

In all honesty, buy a new head unit. Theyre sexier and there's no troble involved finding a donor car (the aux soldering idea is easier than all of these, but cmon, head units are relatively cheap!)

07+ in 05-06 won't work. You don't wanna spend the time or money trying to make it, since it'll only work half assed.

Aftermarket or if you have XM, do the XM Aux mod.
