Right side low beam hid and fuse keep blowing

Right side low beam hid and fuse keep blowing
I need help asap. My right side low beam and fuse keep blowing and im getting tired of constantly ordering and waiting for the hid to come in. Could it be a short? Help me please!!
Well generally if a fuse blows you want to find the fault. Could be connector or a break in a wire, could be a surge draw over amping.
Need some more info on the hids you have to actually be helpful.
