Wow thats ugly glad your ok dont want to see anyone injured.
That said im kinda thinking that your car jumped in front of that navigator and committed suicide....

Btw how's that shift boot looking, and the trim around drivers window switch?

Well i dont think he can unless he buys it back from insurance lol. Unless they let him take out all the mods he did first. I dont know how insurances work on a totaled car. Also i guess the fight with the dealership is over

Lol my brother wants to switch shift **** and boot with me, we're gonna switch out the catless and put the catted in and take back my k&n filter

Even from his story it looked like it was OP's fault, and I find it hard to believe anyone would do that on purpose with a collision like that the chance of killing someone is too high. Paying attention no, on purpose though I don't think so.

The guy was speeding and wasn't paying attention, he didn't even hit the brakes till really late and he had a bunch of **** where his pedals were at. That street is known for people speeding 55+
