Well i dont think he can unless he buys it back from insurance lol. Unless they let him take out all the mods he did first. I dont know how insurances work on a totaled car. Also i guess the fight with the dealership is over

[Double post] I'm still fighting for that new turbo and intercooler.
Even from his story it looked like it was OP's fault, and I find it hard to believe anyone would do that on purpose with a collision like that the chance of killing someone is too high. Paying attention no, on purpose though I don't think so.

The guy was speeding and wasn't paying attention, he didn't even hit the brakes till really late and he had a bunch of **** where his pedals were at. That street is known for people speeding 55+

i don't think this needs to turn into a CSS.net witchhunt, im glad that everyone involved walked away. no matter how much you like your car at the end of the day its just a thing and you can always buy another.
