The only thing that survived was the right mirror cover. it's has some scratches from the fall and a chip but it's 1 whole piece.

Glad you are ok and sorry about the car. I also think it we need to start giving guys with wrecked cars some time to mourn them, instead of jumping on the "parts available" bandwagon. Most of us put a lot of work into our cars and take pride in them. Even though they are inexpensive economy cars they are worth a lot to us and we should be more respectful as a community to the grieving owner. My 2 cents.

^This. I had a guy low ball my car the other day cause he was looking for new wheels, and half joking. I looked at him and said: "the amount of money in that car is equivalent of what it's worth. Not to mention the sentimental value. You won't find a used Cobalt running as well and highly maintained as it is. Match the value of the car, plus some and maybe we will talk lol"

Most people don't think they are worth anything. It's actually kind of sad because for the most part they are pretty good cars. I have had mine for 3 years and it's been good to me.

Yeah, sort of: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l...-level-314254/. I'm just having a tough time finding a cause. It's not huge but something's not quite right. Really annoying right now.
