RPMs drop too slow

Hey guys so I have a 2006 SS LSJ and about two months ago I installed the ZZP stage 2 kit. The car was misfiring at first but everything was fine after I had gapped the spark plugs correctly. So driving to work in the mornings I would notice that when shifting from 1st into 2nd that the RPMS would drop significantly slower than usual but I didn't think anything of it. But now I have this problem when shifting up into any gear and I'm forced to hold the clutch in longer, waiting for the RPMS to drop. I've read a few articles saying that if you clean the throttle body that the cleaner can get into the sensor possibly? I've also cleaned the MAF sensor as well, and still have the same problem with shifting. If anyone has any suggestions to help me out it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I just bought a stage 2 car myself and it somewhat does this also. I cleaned the TB and MAF sensor, car still does this. I am thinking this is a tune related fix.
