Does this thing REALLY work? Can you put this on an already supercharged cobalt? will you notice a difference?

I have the same one (ebay item) on my grand am right now.
it may add a few, but i didn't notice a whole lot. But i have noticed that with this is my C.A.I my shift seem to be alot smoother. So i am pretty happy.
