Having owned a 2001 Dodge Ram I met other owners that used SEAFOAM. But as crankcase cleaner to flush the sludge. I'd use TECRON fuel injector cleaner, or use Chevron gas if it's available in your area.

seafoam is great i our it directly into the throttle body on alot of cars and it cleans well puts out a lot of smoke too just a tip though take out your o2 sensors cause sometimes all the nasty stuff that was clogged upcan ruin your o2 sensors

I personally feel that on a newer car there is no need to clean any internal part of the intake or EX system.

All you will do is "F" something up.

I use either
STP® Super Concentrated Fuel Injector Cleaner or
STP® Complete Fuel System Cleaner.

Hey From personal experience (use seafoam a lot) its best to use on 50k+ cars or else its just a waste of time and i usually pour directly into the brake booster line.
