How much is he wanting to spend?
Google up "custom seat covers" and you can find places that'll run you a bit pricier, but you can get custom fit, custom logos (bowtie, ss, initials, whatever) and really high quality stuff.
If he's not wanting to spend much and wants something universal - yeah, ebay.

They should've shown black and yellow or black and silver in their pics. That blue looks funky.

 

They've got all kinds of colors at the bottom of the page, but I agree that blue isn't the greatest representative.
