I was wanting to order a shift light that goes on when I get to the right rpm, Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, I actually wanted one that made a noise at the same time, anyone know of any? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

raptorperformance.com has a shift light that is very popular with people on here. it doesnt make sound but u dont really need sound. at least i dont think so lol. but i like the raptor, its small, but has like 6 LEDS so its really bright. and its cheap, $85 or so

 

our car has an "upshift" light, which its supposed to signal when u are to shift to get optimum gas milage. i duno why it doesnt work for anybody, maybe u can see if they can program it to 6500 RPM's for you.
BTW its just to the right of your gas guage

 

does anybody's shift light work on their ss/sc? mine never has since i bought it, thought maybe someone at the dealer deactivated it or something. I never wanted it anyway but its there, it just doesnt light up.

I go by the feel of the car telling me to shift.

 

I think the shift lights only work on the 2.2's??

 

correct the shift light is NOT enabled on the 2.0 SS. And it is unable to be programmed to light up at certain RPM's. Get a raptor shift light, they ROCK .
