CAREFUL HERE! We have found that corrosion or crossthreading by the factory makes it a BEAR to get the antenna off. If your antenna doesn't come off with a wrench easily DO NOT try to turn it with brute force -- you will spin the entire assy and break the pinch welds off the mount bracket. You need to secure the assy (hold it inside the trunk) before unscrewing the antenna if you're one of the unlucky ones!
Right now the base of the antenna is just duct taped to whats left of the housing assembly... Gotta order a new one. It looks fine from the outside though and has actually stood up all sorts of weather and car washes!

I got the ARK. It's really nice. Thicker then stock, which actually helps it look better with its short hight. In fact, it is slightly shorter then the park bench stock wing. Oh, and it gets good reception too.

I have the AntennaX one...lost little/no reception.
And if need be, the antennax one can be used as a weapon...ask a friend who told me to "hit him" with it when i was installing it.
