should I buy a t/c balt

I am looking at a fully bolted balt. It's a 2009 sedan it has 55000k miles on it he wants $9700..the front bumper doesn't have the lip on it and the seats are very dirty other then that the car is pretty darn clean. Has short throw upper and low charge Pipes exhaust only thing is the the downpipe is catted which sucks. Lmk what you think.

What sounds too good to be true usually is that price is way low for a sedan with thise miles. You said no front lip was it in awreck? Post up a link to the car if it is on the interwebz

Check the build date on the car first

This considering it's 09 ^^^^, Also what i do is get a carproof or something like that to see if it has any liens, accident and check out its history... I always do that before i buy

Also if you aren't mechanically incline I would bring a family friend or someone who is willing to help and a stethoscope or something along those lines to check out the mechanical side of things and if the body or undercarriage needs addressing too.

Hope this helps and keep us posted

You will want to make sure it's not one of the one's with the defective block and end up putting a new motor in it.

It was my buddies car he hit a animal so the front lip fell off and he couldn't find it. I got it for a good price $9600. because the boost cuts in and out. it is tuned with the cruise control, to push the cruise control in its 22lbs and 15lbs when you push the cruise out I'm not sure whether to take it to ZZP to get the boost figured out or to take it to the Chevrolet dealership ABS LIGHT ON FROM FIXING WHEEL BEARING also.
Help....

It is a black sedan and it's never been in a wreck. Just cleaned the whole car engine bay and interior/exterior. Currently sitting in garage waiting to fix it

It's throwing like 7 different codes. Most are Evap... I pulled the 02 sensor off from the intake to see if it was gummed up or anything that looked fine.. Idk what it would be. It has Hahn upper and lower charge pipes

You'd need to get a clear look at the valves, which sorry but I doubt you did.

I'm taking the purge selanoid off my buddy's car to see if that's it. I hope it's a Easy fix. Anyone change a wheel bearing and have the abs light stay on afterwards?..

Yes... it can still be another bad sensor in a different bearing. I had two go pretty much at the same time. Well within a few weeks of each other on my old balt.

wires could be disconnected there behind the wheel and caliper on the shocks. i lowered my car and had to unplug the wires and forgot to plug them back in and those lights were on so maybe one worked its way loose

Yeah that's what I was thinking I went to jack the car up to take the wheel off but my jack wouldn't fit under it. Hopefully it's just a easy wire fix. Thanks for the help.

Forgive me for being blunt, but I'd avoid this car like the plague, I see nothing but expensive problems if you by this car.
