i guess it might just be a saying around town i guess...

like when you see a badass car, you tell them "hey man your cars sic!"

...they're saying sick...thats totally sick it was more of a late 90's expression. the only thing sic means is when your writing and you purposefully spell something incorrectly, usually in journalism or the such
"tom was paking[sic] his bags"

I say no. If they make a badge that possibly says 'pimp', than I would do something like that....

 

I've heard of S I's and S I R's but never hear of an S I C.

I do like that black on white though.
