Ok so here is my issue, I have a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. (Came with 260 KPH Cluster) & I just bought a blackcatcustoms gauge face.. but it only goes to 220 and I have no return option.

What cluster do I need to retain my DIC warnings etc?

DIC will remain the same. If you just got the face then it will work for that purpose but it will not read speed accurately I believe. Your next best bet is to find a cluster out of the same model year as yours but a base version that reads up to the matching speed as the face you purchased. Or resell it and cut your losses. Not sure that even swapping the clusters would work, seen it mentioned on here before as an option but never tried it myself
