Are there different headlight sizes? I see people wanting 08+ only for example
Whats up with that?
Will they all actually fit? If not how cab you tell

I tried doing a google search and sll its doing is ramming bulb sizes down my throat

If I'm not mistaken, the 08+ headlights don't have the yellow lens in front on the DRL's. They use amber colored bulbs instead of clear with the lens.

This. Other than that, all of the headlights are the same.

That actually started in 07 I think, I know they gave a local the wrong one (the newer non-reflector) style after a warranty replacement on his '05 cobalt. He had one of each style on the car, looked pretty silly.

So are G5 GT lenses. It is not obvious, until you see the tinted and non-tinted next to each other.

I know people believe that SS lenses are tinted, and some are, but it is not the case.

Honestly, there are tinted and non tinted SS cars. It really seems GM threw on whatever they had availible when assembling lol.

07+ do not have the amber turn signal lens.

All Cobalt & G5 lights fit all the years 05-10.

I had normal headlights in my 07 GT, and swapped them out for tinted lenses with painted housings.

just stalking ur post

yeah that was me. They actually gave me one without an orange reflector and untinted lens. Plus at the time I had aftermarket halo lights and they only replaced one broken one with the wrong stock one. fyi I believe the orange reflector just snaps in place but you have to unseal the lense first. Also the non ss lights dont have a tint to them. It is a very light tint and kinda hard to tell.
