You mean in the same day? They both happened yesterday. Both side impacts, just opposite sides.

Calm down, maybe the guy wasn't looking his way or his rearview or A-Pillar were right in the way. I've had many moments where I'll be pulling up to an intersection and someone will be going the right speed to be blocked by my rearview the entire way. That's why I always do a quick glance to make sure that there isn't someone there.

NO excuses for not seeing anyone you were trained to check blind spots in your car. Don't cut this guy any slack if you can't properly drive leave it in the garage.

I totally agree, I was struck by a Staples truck that ran a stop sign and have been messed up for the past year. 1 Yr and 3 days later I still can't work and have no hope of anything in the near future

The up side is I did go from this:

To this completely paid off:

So I guess its not all that bad. But if you have any pain from the accident you might wanna get checked. I felt completely fine until I started taking pics and doubled over in the middle of the road unable to painlessly move

i was in a fender bender with my mom, less damage then this for the past 10 years or so she could barely do anything because a disk in her back fell out and destroyed some nerves.

Actually I didn't know it was a staples truck until like a week after the accident, and I got 600 out of my truck, had an extremely bad lawyer that got me no medical help to begin with and after all that time something that might have been easier to fix and has gotten worse to the point that I am unable to walk without a cane unable to turn my neck, although my physical therapy is getting me a bit more range.

I haven't seen anything out of the accident and if you know someone that will hire me around here in my condition please pm me their info. I have no money I barely keep gas in the car to get to therapy an
d my doctors appointments and I love having no money to see my family and 2 little girls because all my gas goes to trying to get better. I hate the fact that I'm about to be 25 yet I feel like I'm gonna be 75. I'm missing the greatest point in my life while I sit here and as you pretty much say "fake" being injured.

If you were trying to make me feel worse than I already do congratulations! Big Man!!! Forum points I guess. But if you'd like to talk to me more about my medical records feel free to pm me and we can discuss them over the phone if you like. Hell I have an appointment with my neurologist, ill be more than glad to call you at the appointment. Im not pissed just feel unfairly judged. BTW my truck was an 86 built alot tougher than alot of these newer cars. He knocked me 16 feet to the right when I was only going about 10 MPH I have the accident report too if you'd like the details from that too.

Oh and how I got the cobalt, my best friend Roger fixed my truck for me because of my injuries and I drove the truck for a few months, then finally had a blown headgasket at 350,000 miles, the head got trashed leaving me with no vehicle around 4 months, luckily my dad came and took me to my doctors during that time. Then in December my buddy Roger traded me his 88 rx7 for my truck because he wanted another one and knew I needed a vehicle that ran. So I drove the rx for a month and a half and loved every minute of it, except the fact it got 14 MPG in the city which is what I mostly drive, so I decided it had to getrid of it. I was offered a few cars after I listed it, but for some reason I really loved the feel of the cobalt, and I have loved it ever since I've had it and. I've met some cool people on this site and I hope I haven't met my first foe. I'm sorry for jacking this thread, I really do feel for you OP I'd hate it if my baby got wrecked. I don't have much but I have my supportive beautiful fiance and my car.

Jesus man, what is you problem? Just because you've never been in an accident that bad doesn't mean you can just come in here and be an ass to someone who actually has this problem. God forbid anything like this happens to you or anyone else but ****. Don't come in here talking **** if you don't know the truth.

sorry for your loss too man.
i had to go through physical therapy.
you may wanna try and contact another lawyer. maybe one from a big city or something. i'm not sure where you were at. my lawyer wrote me a protection letter for the therapy and then they basically sued the other womans insurance to get it back.
good luck and i hope you recoup.
i've been in some bad wrecks too. one where i hydroplaned and broke nearly most of my left side of the face and had to get plastic surgery. the last two weren't my fault but my back is now messed up and i imagine i'll need physical therapy for it again.

I feel bad for your accident that left you in the shape you are, as well as the OP's accident. I hope you both get better. I'm man enough to apoligize though, unlike most people these days. I truely apoligize for judging you and the outcome of your accident.

I see it way too much in my line of work, and I let what I see on a daily basis cloud my judgement of others. I'm not on these forums to create turmoil with others, these forums are way to informative for that nonsence.

I hope you can accept my apoligy and hold no ill will toward me.
