Agreed with most on here....... how the **** do miss seeing a bright yellow car. i understand the blind spot and A-pillar theory (that's why they are called accidents and not purposes) but DAMN!!! Bright yellow?!?! He woulda had to really not been paying attention, doesn't know how to drive (no blind spot check), or just a really bad series of events. He wasnt intoxicated was he? What ever the case maybe, I'm glad ev1 is ok.

my beef is that this guy obviously didnt take that second glance... i was the only car on a 4 lane road, if he didnt see me he needs glasses or he was texting/playing with the radio.

So I guess its not all that bad. But if you have any pain from the accident you might wanna get checked. I felt completely fine until I started taking pics and doubled over in the middle of the road unable to painlessly move
sorry to hear that man, luckily we were not hurt badly. a week later though my back has stiffened up to the point where i can work, work out, or run without some severe pain.

If they total it though you'll get a check for the value of the car. Use that as a down payment on a new car and do a shorter loan if you have good credit, then pay it off early. It'll actually drop your payment lower than it was because you'll be financing less.
