Splash Guard and Front license plate question
My Cobalt LT is much lower now and those splash guards are about a half inch from the ground and drag on basically everything, anyway anyone remove them or know how effective they actually are? Also anyone know how to remove the front license plate bracket or whatever its called?

Second: To take off the license plate. Get a drill with a small metal bit.
Start to drill in the middle of the rivet's head. Then move up one bit bigger until the rivet breaks off. Repeat on the other 2.
