ss front lip???

Hey guys I'm new here and drive an 08 sport edition, I've been looking for the front lip from the ss model but haven't really been able to come up with a source that had it for sale. I was checking thru the classifieds sections trying to see if I saw one but I'm sure if it comes up for sale its gone in a sec lol. if anyone could let me know of maybe a source that I can go to to purchase a lip I'd greatly appreciate it.

heres a pic of the car.

how much are you looking to spend because they are pretty costly brand new and it's difficult to find them used.

very tough to find via classifieds. then you have the issue where most are in rough shape to begin with.

You can purchase one through your local dealer. There is also the carbon fiber one listed above.

The other option is a 3rd party manufacturer. I dont know if you can still find them via this source.

Here you go buddy 2 sources, you're welcome

Cobalt SS Front Fascia Extension 12336084

EDIT; I'd stick to wait and keep an eye on craigslist / car partouts / car-part.com (junkyards) or just the board itself. Those prices are pretty high IMO considering the shipping isn't included and the paint either. You're looking at 500$ for a brand new lip... not worth it.

GM Parts Direct is always an option, even though it will be pricey

Yeah deff man, the one I got off this board is in 7/10 condition and was being sold for 80$ shipped (luckily color matched me). Just be patient. Not many silver Cobalt Coupes out there but you might be able to find one.

PS. Lol @ the fact that the lip alone brand new with paint is worth AS MUCH as a NEW SS front bumper color painted and shipped... just doesn't sound right.

Say you have an lip with broken plastic pieces that go into the slot. Any epoxy will hold it?
