Hey guys, our wing is functional according to GM!!!




It helps to reduce wind noise! This should end the debate!

Has anyone tested that, I dont think It can reduce the noise by much, but maybe its just an excuse

I was surprised to see that the SS models didn't get the "SS" logo steering wheel but still get the bow-tie! The new 3-spoke looks funny to me. I like my wheel better. I wonder if it is just because I am used to seeing it. I am not a fan of the new stereo either. Looks funny because it itsn't symetrical.

As far as the stupid wing, I am glad to see you can order the low-rise spoiler in place of the high-mount. Unfortunately, it doesn't reduce wind noise though!

I hate the new steering wheel, the radio I'm still not sure of.

 

The only thing I like about the 07 models compared to the 06 model is that fact that the radio has an Auiliary port for my iPod.

 

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I'm not a fan of the new stereo or the steering wheel.

 

dont have, or care about an ipod, there for, i say i like my radio better, steering wheel...blah, i like mine better, and i do like the wing, once the car is lowerd its easier to see

 

so are the 18 inch wheels chrome now or still like ours?

 

they have both 18inch painted and chrome for the SC now

everything except the base hub cap is going to be 5 lugs

also theres gonna be 16 inch painted instead of 15. 16 inch machined face is also offered

 

Painted aluminum is standard, the high-polish aluminum is optional. There are no factory chrome wheels available on the SS/SC.
