No NO no. they are talking about the gm stage kit, you are talking about the cobalt-addiction kit, no you dont have to have stage 2 to get stage 3, both are great kits.

That is correct, they are all different stage kits on cobalt-addiction sites, unlike the gm kit where you have to of had stage 2 to go to stage 3, and yes i did sell shortbus i now have a silver 2007 g85 ss/sc.

i'll assume you kept the mods and such? one more question will this stage 3 void warranty? actually 2 questions what are the chances the dealership will install this?

No i did not keep any mods iam starting out fresh, yes these kits will void you warranty, these are not gm kits therefor they will void you cars warranty no matter what the stage. It varries on the dealer some dealers wont even touch aftermarket stuff, same goes with warranty some will warranty aftermarket parts some wont, i know on my old car it was voided because of aftermarket pulley along with other stuff, dealers arent as dumb as you think they are.

Yea most aftermarket parts will void you cars warranty, if your friend likes or cares about his warranty tell him to get a gm stage kit.
