Stage 2 questions
Stage 2 questions
I tried search but i couldn't find what i was looking for. < now that i got that out of the way lol
alright where do you guys buy your stage 2 kits and how much do they cost? also what does it come with? people have told me that they dont come with injectors but i thought you need them. how much of a difference do you guys see when it is all done. i know that it increases horsepower a bit, but i mean how noticeable is it when driving the car, is it a big improvement? how hard is it to install? i am not a mechanic but i can do basic things(change oil, belts, sparkplugs, brakes....etc)
i have alot of questions because i am trying to decide on my next car and i want an ss/sc, but at the same time i want a wrx. thanks for the help

stage 2 comes with belt, injectors, pulley, reflash.
You can do it all yourself if you have the tools except for the reflash which will need to be done at the dealership.
yes, it makes a good difference in power you will feel. It's the best way to go if you are concerned with keeping your factory warranty. If warranty doesn't matter, go with a custom set up

order from www.CrateEngineDepot.com You will save 200 dollars over a standard dealee The kit costs $550 from the website. To keep your factory warranty, you have to have it installed by a GM technician. It runs any where from $250-$450 for the install. The kit comes with high flow injectors, hub, 3 inch pulley, belt, and a computer reflash. It will take your hp from 205 to 245 from GM stats. It will carry your boost from 12 psi stock to 15 with the stage 2. The idle and everything will stay as if were stock. Any other ???
