stage 3 certification?
depends on how strict the testing is. if they just do an obd2 diagnostic and a sniffer test, should be fine. if they do a strict visual inspection, it will fail. stage 3 was designed for offroad use only, says it in all the info for stage 3.
there is a youtube video laying around of a gm stage 3 with a/c that works and ISNT disabled. the only time i hear when the a/c is disabled is at high rpm or WOT... because obviously a/c compressor shouldnt be spinning that fast. hence WOT and high rpm's it turns off, so when people say i ran this guy with my a/c on... no u actually ran him/her with it off. its a fail/safe
