Wow, this is amazing. I'm not bashing or anything, I'm totally happy that you asked the question and got the information. That's the way it should be, but not a single person came in and said "use the search button" or some crap like that. Props to you Blazino for being nice. If we still had rep, I'd give it to ya, so plus one invisirep.

Edit: No it won't void your warranty if you buy it from Crateenginedepot and take it to them. As long as a GM dealer installs it you'll be fine.

This Is Funny
Everyone Asks The Same Question..even Me Before I Had Any Mods
But "no" It Will Not Void Your Warranty

honestly man who cares about that? there is always someone who says that. the effort you spent on correcting him could have easily answered a question. if you get frustrated about the same questions coming up then forums might not be the place for you...

you have 12 months of parts warranty, not full warranty

im not going to sit here and argue with you, im just making a point. no one did force me to respond, your right what i said didnt have to be said either but i also am not the one complaining about someone asking a question or posting something in a thread thats not an answer to the question. thats the difference with what i said and your little comeback. so although you made a valiant effort to correct me the two arent the same. lets just quit now before it gets out of hand and even more childish.

let me know how everything works out for you man. my kit will be coming in a few weeks hopefully. i am nervous to have the dealer install it though, since i called for their price on the kit and they basically said "what do you mean stage ii?, there is no such thing" i know any errors that are made while they are installing it they are responsible to fix, but it just doesnt give me a good feeling

lmao, I know the feeling there ! I took my car to a dealer today because of the shift pattern cap came off the shifter , so I wanted to get the parts ordered and have them fix it. While I was there I asked them how much their Stage 2 kit was ( just curious not going to buy it from them ) and the guy behind the counter said " Stage 2 ? " I chuckled and said yes it's a GMPP. He said " I will check into it and give you a call ." lol Well anyway , just thought that it was funny we got about the same response.

Create Engine Depot IS a GM Dealer.... so of course you can buy the parts from them, and have your local dealer install it, and you're warranty is GOOD!

And if you're local dealer says you have to buy it from them, tell them the Better Business Bureau would probably think otherwise.........

yup, i cant understand it all. its like the whole reason gm made these damn cars, to tune them. the stage kits can be installed and included in the financing, and they still dont wtf we are talking about. you would think they would want their employees to have some knowledge about their product
