steering wheel shake from 40mph

steering wheel shake from 40mph

so when i picked up the car from previous owner, the steering wheel would shake like hell from a 40 mph stop. He put new rotors and pads in and i have reblanced my tired twice since ive owned the car?

What could this be i am running out of ideas

Alignment... or was the car in a crash? Could be something loose in the front end, like a bolt or joint. Just guessing here though.

i had an alignment previously when i got my shocks/struts replaced.
