If I find a wrecked Cobalt with the airbags deployed, could I use the steering wheel and put my good airbags in? The reason I ask is I want the wheel with the radio buttons and ****.

 

Yes you could reuse the steering wheel. Just throw in your airbag. Well...have a professional do it

 

Well let me specify what I mean........Is the wiring harness already installed in my base model or will I need to buy one.

Like you, I also wanna know, but also wanna know one more thing...Can the Cruise Control also be added to the stock steering wheel? Is the Harnesses already inside the car, and all we need is the buttons and maybe a tune for cruise control, and just the buttons for the radio?

My stock steering wheel has cruise control buttons, so I'd assume that you can...
