I just can't get into the double stripes. I've never liked that look, but I love the way the Mach 1 and the Charger SRT-8 looks so Iwanted to go with a similar theme and se if it worked.

Through out time since the inception of the SS they have always had the dual stripes from the tip of the front of the hood to the back of the hood and on the rear trunk from the top to just over the deck lip. They have never had them on the roof of the car or down the front/rear bumpers. Take a look at a 60-70 chevelle/Beaumont or Camero SS/RS and you will see what I mean.

I have looked at all the different stripes folks have done and although they look great I am of the old school style. I do not like the stripes going from the front lip, over the roof, down the back to the tip of the rear bumper and over the wing. We have a High rise wing so you do not need to put the stripes on them. So I say again I only like them in the hood and rear deck like in the picks.
