Stuck in the snow

How often does your front bumper turn into a snowplow and push up a huge snowbank in front of you and get you stuck?

not really but when i see three different threads with three different people spelling it the same way it makes me wonder what they're teaching in school these days.

i can see "thru" as a short form of through but not threw... it's a completely different word.

i'm probably from a different generation than since i may be older than most on here. i just hate how education and experience is being replaced by google, autocorrect, and internet slangs. pet peeve of mine i guess.

everyone thinks they are educated because they can hit a search button.

i stand by my statement that if technology ever fails we're all doomed since noone can do anything without the help of computers or google anymore.

true education and life experience is gone.

Ah I think the person who used the word threw is from Ontario, maybe things are different there. ^

And I'm pretty old myself.

haha ninja edit. didn't mean to stereotype americans, just figured it was since most people on this forum are american. but like i said he was not the only one. i have seen two others in the last day that spelled it that way as well so it doesn't seem like a typo or short/lazy form.

even saw a person spell it that way on the charger forums.

Front bumper doesn't plow. I bomb through the snow with good tires and when I get stuck, that's what the tow hooks are for

Unless your turbosmart4 and the mail man steals your tow hitch

Yes it does! Back in Feb 2010 it snowed about 1/4" where I live. They cancled work that day.

But I grew up in Michigan, and I have been considering moving to Wisconsin. Move, New job, and be closer to some family. It may snow 1/4" here every 5 years but it snows every winter in Wisconsin. Lately Ive been considering and looking into getting a Jeep and maybe getting rid of the Cobalt.
