swapping hubs?

ive been pondering on this for a long time. i have an 07 ls and i wanted to convert to the ss hubs to get the all around disc brakes and 5 lug pattern. now i know most of you will say why, its a waste, you can find better rims with the 4x100 bolt pattern, but its something im thinking about doing (especially since alot of my friends have 5 lug rims that are nice for cheap and i want the all around discs). but what would switching over consist of? ive been thinking and to switch is all you have to do swap over the hub? (the whole assembly that the brakes are on at the end of the axle) which has the lugs in it already, etc etc. correct me if im wrong and once we figure out how to do it, how difficult do you think this would be?

Not cheap, fairly easy to do, just a lot of work and time consuming....the only thing I can see being a small bit of difficult is routing the new brakelines and then bleeding them correctly....

definitely not cheap though.
