Sway bar or strut brace??

I have an o6 ss/sc gm stage 2, gm stage 3 pulley, and an AEM CAI. What should I do first? Get a rear sway bar or a strut tower brace? Or does it even matter?

I'd say the strut bar. Easiest and cheapest.

Sway bar if you actually want improved handling

Strut bar if you want bling bling looks and no handling improvements...well some say they notice a diff but when i had one on...I sold it the next day.

^^^ what he said. You'll get better performance improvements out of the rear sway bar. In fact theres a GB going on for the progress rear, 125 shipped. Check out hte suspension forums for details.

ps. theres only 20 units available for that price and the list is filling up quickly!

Personally I believe that a strut tower brace on cobalt is unnecessary. The towers are literally welded to the firewall, how much stiffer could you make it. Id' go with the swaybar
