Tax Return/Mod Questions

i have a 2005 ss/sc
ok the first question i have is how would i be able to find out if my car has a stage one mod before i put money into it? check the injectors? whoever owned it before did some mods to it before the dealer but put it back to stock i believe (the reverse guard is eliminated).

i'll have about $1000 dollars or so and here are the mods im thinking of:
Ingalls, Injen CAI with a hydro shield, and a gm stage 1

what do you guys think? i'm new to the whole boosted 4cylindar thing...
the goal i have is a mid 13 second car, i know just these mods wont do it, but are they the right steps?

the gm stage 1 is pretty much a waste of money... go with the ottp stage 1 instead.

i just watched a Vid of someone doing the Gm stage one and the air box mod and dynoed 3 above stock.....
