I don't know of a HOW TO, but if you have any questions I could probably answer. I'm at work until 6 pm so I'll be by a computer so I'll keep an eye on this thread. If you get stuck post up the problem.

Oh, and make sure to MARK the stock location of the shifter cables. It will make installing the B&M easier becuase you won't have to keep readjusting the cables.

If you can't get the stock shift knob off in the car don't mess with it too long. It's easier to just remove the base a stick a screwdriver under it and pry it off....this is what took me the longest. Also make sure you look at how the shifter is actually assembeled before you take it all apart, because if you don't it's kind of like a puzzle.

the B&M comes with decent instructions, the only pain is getting the stock shift knob off. heat it up from underneath with a hair dryer a bit then shove a small flathead up under it and give it a couple whacks with a hammer

Luckly for me I couldn't get my shift knob to stay on. I'm pretty sure the OE shift retainer is the part that you unbolt to remove the stock shifter. Kind of like a cap with a hole in the middle. I'm not explaining it very well becuase I can't think of what to call it.

Did you pop the top part (with the shift pattern) off the knob? you should do that and make sure there is no screw holding the knob on. That was the fix for the stock knob poping off and I think that they started doing it from the factory on the 06's

Get a big flathead screw driver, get it under the edge of the knob and get a hammer and give it a whack.

You have to slide down over that plastic hump. It doesn't seem like the plastic will fit throught the hole but it will with some force. I was nervious I was going to break it, but it comes off.
