Hey can someone guide me on a trunk lid removal? How much work is it to disconnect the trunk locking mechanism?

 

I just got a PM from some dude about it, it looks to be rather easy. He says the only issue is lining up the trunk afterwards but all it takes is patience. I'd still rather the trunk lids than the swapping of just the spoiler.

i believe i posted a how to on a deck lid switch with a carbon fiber one. I think its on this site. if its not it might be on www.*************** but i doubt it cuz i havent been there in atleast 8-9 months.
