Throttle Actuator Control Module

Hey guys, I was driving home from school last night when my check engine light popped on. I stopped at the nearest autozone and it came up "throttle actuator control module throttle actuator position performance." Now the car seems to run ok (just came on, so I cannot say for sure and I immediately parked it). I also just cleaned the throttle body 3-4 months ago. I did use throttle body cleaner, but I sprayed it on a rag. Maybe some cleaner got on the sensor and ate away at it? Are there any tips, tricks, or advice you guys have?

My thoughts are to unplug the battery and check for loose wires, but something tells me that will not work. Have you guys had this problem? Thanks in advance!
