so tonite might be my firat time at the track if th weather holds out. But have a few questions
Is it worth removing spare and back seats do they realy wheigh that much?
And the burm out. I hear u shouldnt do it in the water cause street tire will hold the water so do i drive around and lite them up after wards or mot at all
O and whwt do u think is a good tire psi

Getting rid of any weight you can will only improve your times but for the first time out, I wouldn't bother. Get some runs in, get your launchs consistant, then worry about shaving 10ths.
Treaded tires - yes, stay out of the water. The water will stay in the treads and drain out while you are staged - little puddle under your tires will turn your launch into a smoke show
Short dry burnout is all you should need unless you are running a lot of power. This is something you need to experiment with to get a routine that works for you and your car.
Not too sure on pressures, never tried to 1/4 mile a fwd
Lower pressures should give you better grip off the line but I am going by past experience with rwd cars - may not translate to fwd. Another area to find whats right for you.
