I have a 2006 SS and found a 2009 SS, Is it worth the trade?

from that standpoint yes. However, how many miles on both, prices? mods on new one? The new ones are a nice upgrade and just "feel" better made for some reason lol.

My 2006 only has 27,000 on it. I don't really get to drive it to much... The 2009 is brand new at the dealership.

I'd say no because the dealer will most likely screw you on a trade-in and you won't be able to sell it for much. Depreciation sucks, and if you have an 06 with 27k miles you don't drive it very often (or long). It is the same body style... I know the engine is diff and suspension is a little diff but I personally wouldn't do it. Now if they redisgned the cobalt (which didnt happen of course )and you wanted a diff look I'd say yeah

pretty much this. I would keep your 06, you got low miles on it.
