I have a question I got a dude I know that sucked water in his LS, he was thinking bout dropping in an LSJ now will the LSJ bolt up to the auto tranny or will a new tranny have to be bought or mods done?
i used the search button and could find an anwser. i said dont try but i told him i would ask anyway.

won't just bolt on.
It absolutely will just bolt in, youll need to get a flywheel from a Solstice GXP with the aut trans though.
This flywheel will bolt right up to the LSJ and youllneed to get I believe its one or two holes machined in the flywheel so the torque converter will bolt to flywheel.
The flywheel is the only thing keeping you from doing this swap from a mechanical stand point
