Trunk Flap

Today I looked in my trunk and see it had a bit of water. I looked on the right side and that little flap looking thing (Whats the name of it?) was loose looks like its broke.. Any idea where to get another one and is this usually the main cause of leaking?

Thanks!!

Edit: Is It a relief valve on the rocker?

I checked gmpartsdirect.com and I found 2 different relief valves for the havac system, and rocker. Prices are different by 10 bucks or so. Was just going to foam it shut but im sure that would cause another problem. Also any pictures of this on a cobalt would be great so I know how it exactly was installed.

I had water leaking into my trunk... it was all on the left side under and around the mat where the sub is. It was apparently a problem with my sunroof drainage line. I had the dealer look at it and they took care of it for me.
