Trying to remove sealant

ok so i have my headlights apart and there is a ton of sealant on them... what is the easiest way to get it all off... i was using goo gone but it only works when there is very little sealant on there... will a paint thinner or acetone work?

i used a hair dryer just heat up one area and take off and just keep moving around it or get a second set of hand to hold the hairdryer it worked for me

when u put them in the oven its gonna make the glue all soft thats the easiest time to remove it, it sucks but thats the only option you have..Make sure you remove as much as possible and take your time on it dont rush it because then you can have a better sealed headlight
