Is there a name of "who" we are writing to? Like:

"Dear So and So Magazine" or something along those lines? Or just dont worry about that?

 

Don’t worry about that, your comments/feedback will be used in the nature of quotes, as comments about our products/quality/etc.

We just need your comments to quote, in the article, to better describe us, from a customer standpoint.

This article writer has been in contact with alot of us...that is if it's the same person (female, dont remember her name)

 

I don't believe it is the same company. This is a company that does a lot of case studies on "manufacturing" and deals with some of the CNC equipment we have at our shop, and how it has streamlined our products, etc....
