Question Valve Cover Installation

I was planning on installing my Powdercoated valve cover the other day when I realized that I needed to clean off some of the residue from the underside of the cover that remained from when it was sandblasted. The stuff is really tough to get at in some of the corners because it is so fine. I was just wondering if anyone else had run into this before. I've cleaned it the best I can, but I'm a little concerned that there might be some left where I can't get to. What is my best course of action? Should I just clean it a second time the best I can, install the cover, run the car for a day, and then change the oil? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

If its baked on, leave it alone. Its not going to come off from engine oil splash. And if does, no biggie, it will just filter out.

Great! I feel alot better now. I'll give it another once-over, and then install it.
