The vibes on my steerin wheel dont bother me. My interior vibratin does. My dome light pisses me off the most. The second worst is my passenger airbag cover. And the third is my passenger tweeter speaker thing on my door window.

I was thinkin bout puttin some dynamat around my car, not sure if it would help and where exactly to put it. Anyone got some ideas?

 

Yeah, those are the drawbacks to having a TIGHT car now! You can use dynomat and all those but then others will rattle later on, I just turn my radio up and I don't hear them anymore!

 

the vibes do come down after awhile. unfortunately some vibes will always be there. just turn up the music a bit lol! good luck!

 

Yep, music up, you will never get rid of them.... remember vibes > wheel hop. I'd much rather hear some rattles then feel my engine shuddering up and down violently..

 

i was thinking the same but then i figured it would be a waste of money to try to stop just vibration... Just save that money and make it faster

 

I dont think its a waste of money. I think its realllyyyyyyy annoyin. The interior parts shouldnt vibrate. I wish the cobalt was built better.

it has nothing to do with build quality.

 

Yea its annoying as hell but unfortunately it is just part of the deal. The only one that bothers me is my sunroof just doesn't stop and when it is cold it is really bad. I just do what the other have said and just crack up the music.

As much as I hate the rattles, I still kinda like the vibes. To me it just gives the car that powerful feel and sound with the feel of more control. With every good thing there will be some draw backs.

 

I just hate explaining it to people why my rear view mirror looks like its about to pop off when I
m going 20 in 2nd gear around a turn. The worst is in the morning tho/

I hate to adjust my Ingalls to 10mm so i guess mount's aren't going to happen for me .
