Hold on, you lost me buddy. You had it aligned before or after the wheels were painted?

Find a place capable of performing a Road Force Balance. This is much better than the normal spin balance that most tire shops have.

Does the steering wheel shake or just the whole car.
First recheck the torque on the lugs.

If the steering wheel is shaking its most likely one of the front tires or alignment.
If the whole car is shaking it could be a bad wheel on the back.

Yes, but was that balance done by a Hunter Road Force balancer? It is much more sophisitcated than standard spin balancers and can detect physical problems with the rims and tires that a spin balancer would never catch. In addition, it could be quite possible that your balance was not done correctly and that it is still out of balance (It is quite easy for a shop to mess this up). A standard spin balancer machine used by most shops would never detect an issue such as a bent rim unless it was painfully obvious to the operator that the wheel was bent.

http://www.gsp9700.com/ You can get a list of shops that have this balancer.
